Cathe cracks me up......

I had to break in here before even going on! I forgot that one! EVERY time I do PS Legs and she says that I have the same thought! "AS IF I COULD forget which leg it was!" "My first clue COULD be the sparks of fire shooting out my leg!" :)

I have a few that come to mind besides the ones everyone else already mentioned.

1. Step Fit...Cathe is really moving her little bum and her voice kind of warbles as she is instructing. Immediately after, she says "Was that a sheep?".

2. Body Max...this is more of a visual. Cathe has just worked us until every fiber of our being is fried. The very last segment, poor Cathe is left all by herself to do abs. My first thought was the rest of the squad got out of there as fast as they could!!!

3. Get In Shape for Your Wedding...the wonderbra, bucket of cement and you and your mother-in-law can pick up that fight where you left off remarks. She meant them in good fun, but they were funny remarks.
 
Hey.....what about the soccer ball, golf ball, marble thingie in IMAX. I always laugh at that one. Or the PH chest presses, where even Cathe is kinda laughing when she says "low", "mid"....you know the rest...It is like that laugh that says.."exactly how many of these darn things do we have to do anyway???!!! And the part in Bodymax, where she says " And how IS your endurance??" Ok, I could go on and on.....

One of my favourites is when doing the abductor lifts with the bar on the leg (killer!) and Cathe says "Feels good....well, maybe not good...!" First time I heard her say "Feels good" I was thinking...are you serious??? Good is not the word for it, ouch!
