I was doing Legs and Glutes this morning, not for the first time, but for some reason today I happened to glance at the tv at a time when I must always be looking away, and what I saw caught me so off-guard I almost had to stop the workout. After Cathe does the first set of standing outer leg lifts, holding the barbell for balance, she tells you to switch to the other side. Usually I am looking at the ground, positioning my feet and barbell properly. This time, I looked at the tv - and saw Cathe wiggle!!! Oh my heavens, it was the funniest thing I've ever seen her do.
