Oh hey, has anyone made a t-shirt that says, "Conditioned by Cathe"? just asking but that's not the point of my thread. After having done Muscle Max, I think it was Muscle Max, it was one of them that had us do slow count push-ups, I got used to those slow counts for push-ups so a few days ago when I tried a workout from Exercise TV, they got on their knees to do push-ups and said, "Ok, so let's get down for three." So I did them on my toes and before I knew it they were done and I was still going. What the? Apparently they actually meant three! Who knew?! I had been doing 3 count down, 3 count up. ha! It's all Cathe's fault.
