cathe.com or fitnessfreak.com???

i have always loved fitnessfreak's advice. i lurk much more than i post, but i tend to follow her advice because she clearly knows what she's talking about. her rotations i find especially fun and effective. i'm a big fan!! thanks for your hard work debbie!!

Absolutely not! I love her info! She is so helpful and puts together some kick butt rotations. AND I love that she utilizes the premixes a ton. I never would have thought to do some of them and it's like finding a hidden gem. Debbie is such an inspiration and I think we are blessed to have her share her knowledge and time with us.

BTW, If you noticed, most of the ? for FF posts are in the Rotations forum. If it bothers you so much, simply avoid that forum.
 
I'm almost always a lurker here, but I just want to say that I also appreciate fitnessfreak's generous sharing of information. I hope she doesn't read the OP's post and feel bad or anything. To the OP -- you're getting piled on here, and it wasn't my intent to join in on you. However, your post was potentially very hurtful to someone else, and so it's important to let her know how most of us value her advice.
 
I would hate for the knowledgable people (FitnessFreak among them) to stop posting because they think they may be posting too much.

I was thinking the same thing. I hope Debbie knows how much we really enjoy her rotations and love her advice.
 
Like Welch, I am a lurker, not a poster, but I had to reply to this one. I finally got the okay last Tuesday to lift again after a torn hamstring. Where did I go to get my start? Debbie's December rotation. I will have to modify the legs a bit to make sure I don't overdo, but I can't wait!!

If you are new, give it time. You will see Debbie's advice/knowledge is amazing.

i enjoy debbie's posts as with everybody who shares knowledge. fitness or otherwise we have a great group of intelligent ppl and the point of a forum is to DUH post!

Nope, not at all. I find her very knowledgable and her posts are always helpful. I didn't know that any of us was entitled to not having to sift through other people's posts or subjects that we are not interested in.

I am, however, bothered by rude posts and tired of the entitlement attitude of people who contribute not much else than complaints!

You know, if it really bothers you that much, you can always block the posters that bother you.

not sure i heard that then again i have been on and off the forums for a little while so i might have missed it. i hope so she is very smart,be nice to have some good content on the web LOL

Wow, what a rude and mean-spirited post!

I frequent this forum because it is a diverse and knowledgeable group of women -- including Cathe, Debbie, and too many others to name here. There is great info and discussion here on all sorts of topics, but at the end of the day, it is mainly about FITNESS and Cathe and Debbie both know that topic very well. I don't see the harm in Debbie (or anyone else) offering their advice or knowledge.

BTW, after four weeks of Debbie's fall/winter 2007 Lower Body Blast Rotation, my body is in the best shape imaginable!!
 
Katie - Where did you find that lower body rotation? I can't seem to find it on the post that lists all of her rotations. Thanks!
 
Also, I've read tons of her stuff and I think it's GREAT! She was nice enough to take some time and answer some questions re: deadlifts for me after I herniated a lumbar disc as well. I hope she keeps posting!
 
I don't post much but I have to chime in and say that Debbie's posts, rotations, etc. are AWESOME!! Seriously, Debbie if you read this thread, please know that you are loved!!!! Thank you!!!!

I once had a fellow Catheite mention something about all the fitnessfreak posts.:eek: So, it's not just you. However, I can only hope it is rare. I think it's generous and kind of her to give so much information and help to others.

NO!! Debbie is very knowledgeable and helpful. She takes her time out to help us and is greatly appreciated!!
 
If someone wants to put together a list of the links to FF's rotations, I could put them somewhere on my blog's fitness tools page. Just let me know. (Or I'll do it some day when I get around to it.)
 
I like reading all of the FitnessFreaks posts and learn a lot. I like reading Cathe's posts too. Heck, I like to read most all of the posts especially positive ones that I can learn from. Sometimes the # of posts may get a bit overwhelming but that is when I choose and pick what to read by subject title.

I would hate for the knowledgable people (FitnessFreak among them) to stop posting because they think they may be posting too much.

I've learned a LOT from these forums and hope everyone keeps sharing their knowledge!

MY senitements exactly. :D Cathe is very busy and it is great to have 2 rotations to choose from every month IMO. Plus the knowledge of everyone on this board is great.
 
I have every single one of FitnessFreaks rotations printed out in a three ring binder!!! This is one very talented gal... goodness are we lucky she FREELY gives us such great information!!!! I pretty much read everything she posts. After a couple medical setbacks... she was the first rotation I looked up to help get me back on the "Cathe" wagon. THANKS DEBBIE!!
