Cathe...Circuit Training Q for ya

Can I just throw generic cardio moves in as opposed any dancy choreography I can't get the hang of.

I'll be needing to switch to circuit workouts for a while while I deal with hypertension...I'm thinking about Low Impact Circuit and Imax 2 and throwing my own cardio in when need be....whaddya think?????

Hi Jerry! Obviously not Cathe here, but sure, I would say go for it. I've been doing kettlebell swings during some of Cathe's dvds to change things up a bit. Whatever gets your heart going, I'd say. Good luck!!

Hi Jerry! Not Cathe, but I think that would be a great idea. When doing the circuits you mentioned, I also substitute with different kinds of cardio from time to time. It's whatever works for you. Hey -- as long as you're moving, you're doing fine!!

I sometimes take Cathe's circuit workouts as ipod rips to the gym and hop on a treadmill / cycle / elliptical during the cardio segments and hop off to do the weights. Works great.
 
Thanks, Beth, Julie and Vee...that's what I wanted to hear!!! I'm sure I'll try the moves (without the step), and then I'll realize that me and choreography don't mix.

I ordered LIC, Imax 2 & C + W, and Cardio Kicks w/ Circuit Max.
