She didn't say how long ago it was but she did say she took about 2 of her classes (step, I think). After the 2nd, Cathe approached her and told her she had nice legs and asked her if she'd like to be in a video.

When was Cathe's first video made? They must have known each other...at least 15 or 16 years, right? That is really cool!

She DID jokingly say, "I thought she was hitting on me!" after Cathe made that comment about her legs. LOL!:+

Aha!! I always *thought* that Cedie had a dance background. You can see it when she does the step classes, in her arm movements and just the way she carries herself and moves to the music. I've always loved that about the videos, in fact, cause I love to dance and the nice thing about many of Cathe's step workouts is that they have a dancey element to them.
Anyhow, I'm blathering on long enough, but Cedie definitely moves like a dancer.

I like Cedie a lot, in the first videos of Cathe like Step Heat, cedie is there, so she is been working with cathe forever! Cedie is the soul of the crew, she is always WOOHHH and UP! Up! and counting for Cathe, now I know better, Cedie is a dancer!
