Hi Cathe,
I know that your are super busy but I was wondering if you could help me out. Is there anyway possible you could create a rotation that really focuses on the lower body using the low impact and Xtrain series. I wanted to do 5/6 days a week about 40 minutes max. I've been going to the gym but I really miss my home workouts. I like running on the treadmill and using the weights but get so bored at the gym and I'm starting to get sceevy (?) about all the sweating that goes on and the lack of people cleaning the machines once there done.
