Hi Cathe,

I know that your are super busy but I was wondering if you could help me out. Is there anyway possible you could create a rotation that really focuses on the lower body using the low impact and Xtrain series. I wanted to do 5/6 days a week about 40 minutes max. I've been going to the gym but I really miss my home workouts. I like running on the treadmill and using the weights but get so bored at the gym and I'm starting to get sceevy (?) about all the sweating that goes on and the lack of people cleaning the machines once there done.

Did you look in the XTrain User's Guide? There is a 90 day Xtrain & LIS workout program. Many of the workouts listed are under an hour, so subbing one of the premixes from the suggested workout should get you closer to 40 minutes.

Knowing the results I got from LIS and looking at this rotation, it has a pretty good lower body focus. I hope this helps!

Doing the Nov 2011 LIS Rotation, I leaned out in my lower body, lost a few inches from my butt down, and went down a size! I remember others posting similar results.

And that was without cleaning up my eating habits all that much. I'm working on that this year.

I'm doing the Xtrain / LIS rotation right now and am finally able (and so glad) to say that there is some room for me in my pants!

It's amazing how they shrink every winter, LOL. But, seriously, this rotation is very lower body intensive and effective.

I subbed a premix of Xtrain Legs for Turbo Barre today and I know I'll be feeling it tomorrow.

I'm also a fearless user of the Premix. When I'm short on time or short on motivation / energy I sub a premix for a regular workout. I use the rotation in the guide...as a guide! And I don't follow it religiously or to the exact day. But it's working!
