I really love your tapes and was wondering if you could give me a bit of guidance. I would like to train in the same way as you and Rhonda both seem to. From Rhonda's bio and your responses on the forum it seems that you both do around 3 cardio classes per week, 1 full body class per week (Rhonda also does yoga, and an abs and butt class) and then you work 1 body part per day (heavy) for about 30 minutes. Rhonda said she just started doing this about a year ago and you can see the diffence it made in the intensity series. Soooo buff! All your tapes except for slow and heavy are about 10 minutes (more of less) per body part. Knowing this, how do I duplicate your program? Should I mix and match to add up to 30 minutes per body part, do each 10 minute segment 3 times per session, only do the slow and heavy tapes, make up my own program .... Help! I have set a goal to achieve that same results as you and Rhonda but I really need your input.
