I don't have Kickbox Bootcamp...but I do have Cardio Camp and I think you will LOVE it!! It is a nice mix of hi-lo and kickboxing with a nice standing toning section at the end. Perfecto!
[fingers in ears] la, la, la, I'm not hearing any of this!!! I just ordered a bunch of Tracey DVD's, don't go giving me another instructor to get hooked on!!!
Rose - thanks! I really love Kimberly's style and her music and the way she puts moves together. Her personality is great too.
Liann - I'm la la la'ing right with you, but on the Tracey DVDs! I keep going to her site and looking and watching clips. I just know I'm gonna cave soon!
I'm planning to order the Kimberly Spreen workouts, too, also based on Carolyn's recommendation -- that little enabler :7 . I'm a little hesitant to order them until my tennis elbow heals, especially since I hurt it playing a Wii boxing gamex(
Yes, Shelley, order Tracey's Step Sweatfest. You'll love it. I only did Cardio Camp once but I loved it. It moved at a really fast pace between hi/lo and kickboxing and had a nice leg/balancing segment at the end. It also kept my heart rate up the entire time. Section 1 of Step Sweatfest isn't too bad picking up on the first try but you might want to preview the second section first (not much breakdown at all.)
Oh my, whatever do you mean?? <innocently bats eyelashes>
I think you'll love KB Bootcamp and CC though. I actually emailed Kimberly Spreen a few days ago asking if she was planning on filming any new workouts soon. She said she was planning on one or two before the year ends and she asked if I had any requests. I told her I was hoping for more bar workouts with new moves and anything floor cardio related (esp. kickboxing). If ya'll want to request anything, you may want to consider emailing her ([email protected]). She's SUPER friendly, as you may expect.
Boy you ladies relly have my curiosity going. Right now all I have is Cathe and have been wanting to add some new cardio. I am getting bored. But not sure who to try and the mixed reviews on collegevideo just confuse me even more!
How would compare these workouts to Cathe, particularly in intensity?
