Hey Carol: I just saw on the Today Show that Ohio got hit by huge winds and there was a lot of damage. Did this effect you and your family in any way??? I sure hope that you and your family are OK. I'm thinking about you, please let me know.

Concerned, Marcia.

I live in MI, and it is terrible windy here. 20-30 MPH winds. Last night was much worse. Our house was shakin'!!!! We have a little #### Zu, and she would not go outside to the bathroom unless my husband went with her. I am sorry for Carol if it is wirse in Ohio!!

Marcia!! :) You are SO sweet!! We're fine, thank you! We had REALLY high winds all night, and needless to say none of us slept well. The house was shaking, and I was ready to grab Toto and call Auntie Em!! LOL!! This is actually pretty "normal" for November around here. The air becomes unstable with all the changes, and we have tornado watches and thunderstorms. It was a year ago Monday we had a bunch of really bad tornadoes in this area, but all we had last night were watches issued. I saw some lightning and heard some thunder, but it was mostly wind. The roof is on, the siding is on, and the Christmas lights hubby already put up are miraculously still on the house - LOL! Thank you so much for worrying about me!! In fact right now, it's still very windy, but it's SNOWING!!!!!!!!!! :D :D :D I can just imagine Nik in school right now, looking out the window and grinning from ear to ear!!

I can sympathize with you Lori!! We had gusts in this area reported up to 70 mph. I do believe that is hurricane force!! I can believe it, since the house was literally shaking. I was online late last night because I couldn't sleep, but I turned off the computer because I was sure we'd lose the power. Somehow we didn't. Hope things are better for you today!!

I am in Michigan, and work for one of the large utility companies, and we had several customers without power today. The winds were fierce, and they are still pretty wild, but not as bad as last night. Hopefully they will die down really, really soon.
