Cardio -vs- Combo?

Hi Cathe,
I'm really excited about the presale! As always, you and your staff are going above and beyond.
I have a question regarding cardio only for trimming down. I had my baby in October, and I've been doing CTX for about 3 1/2 weeks. I'm not sure that I'm getting enough burn from the shorter cardio workouts that will help me lose that last bit of baby fat. Do you feel it would be better to do a more cardio only type of rotation for a cycle, or should I go to a cardio/weights combo cycle to get some results. (I was thinking of trying your May rotation, If I can muster the courage!!)
I know your super busy - If you can either give a quick yes or no, or if there's a link to a similar post, Any direction would be great.

Hi Tricia! Congratulations on your new precious bundle of joy.

Just one thing to consider first....Are you breastfeeding? I know that I did not lose my final 5 to 10 pounds of baby fat while I was breastfeeding. Your body will want to hang on to some fat stores to aid in milk production and it is hard to lose if this is the case.

If you are not breastfeeding and you feel that shorter cardio workouts are not meeting your needs, then I would suggest doing longer programs including both cardio and weight programs.

If you feel that you are ready to do the May rotation, you can surely give it a try. Feel free to modify the workouts where ever necessary. Ease into all new forms of activity to reduce the risk of injury.

I completely forgot that nursing would cause my weight loss to somewhat stop! I do feel ready for The May rotation - I haven't had a chance to do any of the last two sets of "new" workouts, so I'm really looking forward to Rhythmic Step and Power Hour. (And Bootcamp-My DH did some of it, and just watching him was exhausting!!)
