Hi Cathe,
I'm really excited about the presale! As always, you and your staff are going above and beyond.
I have a question regarding cardio only for trimming down. I had my baby in October, and I've been doing CTX for about 3 1/2 weeks. I'm not sure that I'm getting enough burn from the shorter cardio workouts that will help me lose that last bit of baby fat. Do you feel it would be better to do a more cardio only type of rotation for a cycle, or should I go to a cardio/weights combo cycle to get some results. (I was thinking of trying your May rotation, If I can muster the courage!!)
I know your super busy - If you can either give a quick yes or no, or if there's a link to a similar post, Any direction would be great.
