Cardio Kicks

I was thinking of buying cardio kicks. When I looked up the details of the workout on the home page it says a 60 min workout. 13 min warm up 16 min cardio. is this a mistake? I was wondering how long the actual workout time is?? Would you recomend this workout?? Thanks to all for your reply.

That's a typo. Look under the dvd section and you'll see...

5 minute warmup
45 minute kickbox workout
7 minute stretch

The cardio portion includes power drills which are awesome!

I LOVE this workout. It is easy to master but cardiovascularly challenging! It's super fun and you can definitely grow with it!

I looked up the info for you in the Cathe catalogue. Here is the breakdown:

Warm-up: 13 minutes
Kickbox choreography: 24 minutes
PowerDrills: 16 minutes
Cooldown/stretch: 7 minutes

Total:60 minutes
BTW, this is a great tape! I like the whole tape but the power drills are awesome! Have fun!
