I was wondering if you need a lot of room to do this video.
If you do, do you need a lot of room for the whole video or just a few parts? Is it easy or hard to modify for a smaller space?
 
Hi Daffy!

When I received this video I was working out in a very small area of my basement while we were finishing off my workout room. I was able to do the vid with modifying. IF I remember right, this is the vid that Cathe tells you to go "UP" on your moves if you don't have the room to work laterally and that is what I did. I would say there is only a few parts that you have to incorporate the adjustments. It is a really fun workout and you won't regret having to modify a bit here & there!! Wait til you see the drills at the end! Whew, and they are done basically in place other then the 1st. set of kicks which can very easily be done in place and your heart rate will still soar. There was only one section of Cardio Kicks that I had to modify due to lack of room. I remember at the time I sent Cathe an e-mail and she gave me a really good modification to use instead, which I use all the time!

(I am assuming you don't have the tape yet, otherwise I would put in detail the section where I need to modify)

But I did want to mention that I ***LOVE*** that tape! So if you're just "thinking" about ordering, DO IT!!!

Daffy--I found that doing the scoops and slide backs on a diagonal works for me. For the other moves, I just go for height instead of distance, just like Cathe suggests. Have fun! Suzanna
