I love Cardio Hits and go back to this one time and time again. My favorite on the disc is "Step Works," but I enjoy all three workouts. The first combo of "Step Works" is a medley of moves from previous Cathe videos. I think Cathe kicks up the bpms for this section because I'm sweating buckets by the time the second combo rolls around. "Power Max" is really fun; step segment three is my favorite. I think "Step Fit" was filmed after Cathe had knee surgery; I don't recall the scar on her knee in prior workouts. Also, she does this one on a 6" step. But don't let that fool you. This is the workout that introduces POWER SCISSORS!! Cathe is in a super good/fun mood during "Step Fit," and I smile all the way through it. Also, the 'dancy' cool downs from these three workouts are really fun to do. "Get funky!" Enjoy, and let us know what you think!
