Does anyone want to exchange Ab Hits DVD for this? I live in England so it will take a bit longer to get to you.

I also have Rhythmic Step DVD and would like Slow and Heavy series in exhange.

I do a lot of running for cardio now and don't step so much.

From the forum guidelines:

Just wanted to let you know. Unfortunately, these guidelines aren't listed in a very obvious place on the home page, so I'm not surprised many people miss them.
