I *think* I did it as-is. I didn't receive the CF dvd, so I used my dvd/vcr combo player to record the segments into one workout on a vhs tape. Someone posted the breakdown a couple of weeks ago, so I went by her post. If I got it right, it went like this:
BM2 warm up; BM2 bonus cardio; LIC bonus cardio; BM2 power circuit cardios; DM cardios (drills 1-6); DM cool down & stretch.
This took 71 minutes, and was a hoot and a holler. I had so much fun with the DM drills especially. Yup, I was sweating buckets, but there was so much variety to the workout that the time flew by, and didn't seem to notice how hard I was working. I haven't done DM as-produced yet, so I can't way whether DM or CF has the harder cardio. I suspect the DM cardio drills will feel very different when all those functional weight moves are inserted between them. I loved the stability ball drill, but may feel very differently if my upper body is already toasted from dive bomber pushups and all the rest of it!!
Cheers,
Sandra
