Cardio Fusion, should I be scared?!?

Hi Heidi,

Oh My, CardioFusion. I love this workout now. This was the first workout of the new series that I tried. It would have been easier had I done BM2 so I would've known the steps. It's great for a longer cardio day and you when you're done with the workout, you're done for the day!!! It's a goodie:) :)

What did you think of it???

I have done all the premixes so it just depends on what you are wanting to do. If I want to go for it I do Mix and Max it is very tough !!! If I want to step only I go for All Step Cardio and Mixed Cardio is a combination. Also goes on how you are feeling Mix and Max is 80 mins long so if you are lacking energy skip this one!!! I love Mix and Max as it has so much variety. Good luck either way this DVD is a winner!!!! Teresa
 
I actually wimped out and did the premix that has drills 1-6. It kicked my butt. I didn't realize that her other tapes do give you breaks from cardio while lifting weights, changing routines, side stepping, etc!!! This is cardio non-stop. It was challenging for me. I probably could've done the whole thing had I made up my mind sooner, but then I'd be passed out on the floor!!! ;( Don't you love the challenge! I can tell I've become so much stronger since doing Cathe. I love it.:D
 
I love this workout. It's so hard not to stop during the drills, but I always push myself to finish. What a great DVD. The time goes by so quickly.
 
I always feel so accomplished after finishing this one. I count down everything and tell myself just 2 more drills or come on only one more power circuits. I have to give myself these little pep talks or I would just shut it off because it's so tough.
