Cardio Fusion Format?

What is the exact format of CF? I know it has BM2 w/u and stretch, BM2 step combos, LIC step and power circuits and DM drills, but not sure of the exact format.

You start off with the Body Max 2 Warmup(9.5min). Then you do the bodymax 2 finished combos (6min), Low Impact Circuit Bonus cardio (11min), followed by the BM2 power circuits w/o weights (16min), then the 6 cardio drills of Drill Max (22min). And finally a stretch (7min)

I dont know what workout the stretch is from. i'm bad and usually skip stretches and cool downs. this workout is killer! hope this helps
