just did this one...it is great! the whole workout is 51 mins but there are some premixes...cardio only, core only & express circuit (which i'm thinking is just one round of the cardio per circuit instead of 2 rounds). the workout is 5 circuits of 3 different cardios repeated once & followed by a core exercise. not a lot of rest time so it is similar to a HIIT workout.
i would say go ahead & get the download. you could always use the workout blender to create your own premixes.
