Seeing fitnessfreaks rotation honoring Sean O'Malley (aka Cardio Coach) prompted me to google. His sister is offering his workouts for free or a donation during the pandemic. Donation proceeds go to their charity.

Wow, I have all of Cardio Coach's workouts that I use with my elliptical - they are awesome. Sure miss Sean O'Malley, love his encouraging voice on the workouts. I'm going to see if I can just make a donation. Thanks for posting this.

I also miss Sean. I get sad when I do his workouts but I love them so much. Not running much lately, but I do still do them once in a while. Those were great running workouts.
