Lynn - I didn't read up further than the last post, and don't remember if it was mentioned in this thread or another because I read all of the CC threads :) Anyway, you can also mix sections from PUMP if you have it with CC challenges. I haven't tried it yet, but it would basically be an amazing circuit workout!
 
I swore I bought Pump...but I didn't see it on my ipod. Guess I'll check that out!

Can someone explain to me the CCPP Challenges that I have been reading about? I wanna join!

Also, I have been pretty much doing Cathe exlcusively for a few years. I used to do FIRM but that's just too easy now. I also may get back to Karate. I got my black belt before I got pregnant w/my now-3-year-old & I miss it. For my Black Belt test we had to do over 300 pushups. Now the vision of the STS pushups on disc one make my head spin! LOL
 
About the challenges...we do a Press Play Saturday on the last Saturday of each month. This includes the Press Play workout and we add an additional challenge from one of the other CC workouts. Then we just post what we did for the workout on a thread that Saturday. It is inspiring to do the workout, and also great to know that so many other people are doing it that same day. Join us for September :)
