Cardio Coach Pump

Hello everyone :)

Has anyone tried this workout? If so, please give your honest review.

I am not really familiar with The Cardio Coach, and only heard of him when he passed (RIP Sean). I am curious about his workouts, and would like to try this one as it does not require any indoor cardio equipment, just dumbbell's and a resistance band.

Also, to my understanding, his cardio workouts are to be used with indoor cardio equipment or outdoor running/jogging. Is this correct? Has anyone used them simply by running indoors without equipment? Is that even possible?

I have all but one of the Cardio Coach workouts, ( don't have Press Play?), and not this one. I would be interested in hearing from anyone that has it too. I love all the others, and am still sad about Coach Sean's passing.

I have all Cardio Coaches. Love them all. Pump is very short, about 31 min.

I use it for circuits. I do my own cardio for 1-2 minutes then a Pump track.

He calls each track a circuit but it is a circuit for a particular body part.

It also moves very quickly so you will need to use light-med weights IMHO.
