Cardio Coach Press Play Saturday Sept 27

Well you all did amazing this weekend! This is truly a special group and I feel blessed to be part of it each month.

Stats: did the CCPP workout on Friday with a semi recumbent bike. 23 miles in 65 minutes. (no extra challenge because time was limited)

Wow! You must have been flying on that ride! Nice job!

This was my first time doing this workout and what a blast it was! I am new to stationary bike workouts and managed 15miles with all the challenges @67min worth.
I had to stop pedaling often to scoot myself back on the seat. Any suggestions to this problem?

ETA: Oh....I am feeling this workout in my glutes big time!!! :)
 
{{{{{Lisa}}}}} You were awesome and I know your mom was smiling upon you. One of our PP Saturday's fell on the anniversary of my mom's passing and I felt so driven that day, flooded with memories and just doing it for mom. I'm sure you know exactly what I'm talking about. ;)

^^^^5's to ALL of you. I didn't have time to do it over the weekend as I had planned because I was out of town for a wedding. I was going to do it when I got home yesterday but I just couldn't muster the energy. I'm doing it today and I'll post my results when I'm finished.
