***Cardio Coach PP Saturday***...results!

Michele, Judy is right. You are not a slacker by any stretch of the imagination! With everything you have going on at the moment, you should be very proud of yourself for doing 4 challenges...there are many people who cannot even do that!! (Or wouldn't have even attempted it!) We all have good and bad days, or good and bad MONTHS, as the case may be. Be proud of what you accomplished, pat yourself on the back, and keep moving forward. We're all proud of you; you should be too!! (((hugs)))!!!!

Michele -

In no way are you a slacker. We are each on our own journey, and it differs from time to time. We cannot always be at the top of our game. Remember all of life's factors come into play. I am just so proud of your for doing it in the first place given all that is going on around you.

hugs and good going yesterday!!!

Totally, what Judy said! She said it so well !! (((( Michele ))))

Michele,

You are far from a slacker!

Remember your words of wisdom to me last month when I felt I was slacking? ;) You're always motivating everyone around here!

We all have days of low energy when life just gets to us. Allow yourself that time.

And I personally feel that the best part of Press Play is in the positive energy it creates. I believe that even if all you did was "listen" to it... the positive energy is still created.

And wait a minute... you did 4 challenges! That is huge!!! Heck, finishing the first challenge alone is enough to warrant us all high fives. :D

Michele, you are awesome!!

Every one in this check-in is awesome!!

I may have been a little hard on myself. I was just really surprised by how much I've lost in terms of overall fitness. I've always been able to complete the workout WITH the bonus challenge -- I did it last month -- and it shocked me a little bit that I couldn't get through PP alone as produced. I'd been putting my workouts and proper nutrition on the back burner since September when my DFIL got sick, and it's clear that I can't continue in this way. I'll have to make cuts somewhere else ;) . It's also clear that the candy and potato chip diet really ISN'T adequate fuel for a workout. :p :D

Thanks again for your kind words of support. OMGoodness, it was so uplifting to read them!! You're the best cheerleaders anyone could ask for!!
