cardio and weights

I have the terminator dvd, but I do not have cardio and weights. Does anyone know if the entire cardio and weights workout is on the terminator, so that I could put it together? I was able to put the complete imax 2 workout together using all three of the terminator components. I keep thinking I might have to buy Cardio and Weights even though I have the Terminator, but I would hate to do that.

Hmmmm....good question. I'm not really sure if Terminator has all of C&W on it. I don't think it does, but I may be wrong.

Having said that, I have both The Terminator and Imax 2/C&W and really enjoy having both of them. It must be such a hassle for you to try and put together all of Imax 2 from the Terminator dvd. Plus Imax 2 has a couple fun premixes. And C&W has a KILLER ab segment that I don't think is on The Terminator dvd (although I may be wrong...)

Sorry to enable ya. I just really think the Imax 2/C&W dvd is a great one to have even if you already have The Terminator (like I do).

No, I don't believe that the Terminator has C&W in its entirety. It has the step and the compound movements, but not the heavy weight portions.

Oh, I think it IS on there. Check out the Imax Extreme portion. I think it has it all in there---just in different combinations? Or is it the Viper? One of them alternateds Imax with C & W. It's intense & alot of fun.

I'm pretty sure all the workouts in The Terminator alternate C&W with Imax 2 (and Bootcamp). But I don't think all of C&W is on there.
