Let me begin by saying: I was born with two left feet and an intense fear and hatred of all things cardio because of it....but I need to tell ya all, this thing was a blast!!! I did the whole thing(with lots of pausing and rewinding)with a HUGE grin on my face!! I can not begin to say what fun it was....I have never done any of Cathe's other circuit style workouts, but this one is just too much! I love the idea of getting a strength workout mixed in with the dreaded cardio. Just had to post and let you know how much fun I had! Donna.
