hello I'm new here.I had a baby 11 months ago and I still need to tone up.I'm not able to get to the gym like I used to(im a personal trainer but now a stay at home mom) I'm really excited that I came across this website.I've been doing Jari Love's ripped workouts and I love them but I need more variety so I just bought a step and I need some killer workouts that won't bore me after a week and it seems I found what I'm lookin for! any recommendations to get me started?

"Killer Workouts that won't bore you" You came to the right place!

Welcome I can not recommend any one because they are all great. Maybe you could tell us where you want to start Kickboxing, weights, step, circuits, High Step then the gals can point you in a good direction.

Hello and welcome!!!!

Yes you came to right place. Cathe definitely has the BEST workouts out there!!! I would say most of her workouts are a killer, so you will have plenty to choose from. I would recommend checking the workout clips.

My favorite (killer) Cathe's Circuit workouts are:

1. The Terminator
2. Body Max2
3. Drill Max
4. Imax 2. This one comes with Cardio & Weights which I love but it's more intermediate.
5. Step Jump & Pump - SUPER FUN workouts one of my favorites (not sure if it's a killer, but it's intense to me).

I have other favorites that for weight training, like Legs&Glutes. This one comes with Kick Punch & Crunch which is great and you can also do circuit pre-mixes with both workouts (killer). The gym Styles are awesome as well.... and Butts&Guts is a killer lower body workout.....

Ok I guess I gave you a huge list LOL!!!

Check the clips. That's how I ended buying all Cathe's DVDs. I love them all :)

Hi,

In addition to the clips on this website, Collage Video, a distributor of Cathe's DVD's had great breakdowns of each workout, telling you exactly how much time is spent on what, what kind of impact the workout has, if the choreography is complex, moderate or basic, what kind of equipment you need, etc. I would spend some time on their site (collagevideo.com), or take a look at Cathe's online catalogue (http://c1.virtualcatalogue.co.uk/view/getvcab.aspx?userpath=00000000/00002131/00005286/&fp=true)

I think that you will find these sites very helpful. If you have questions about specific videos, post them on this forum and I'm sure you'll get a quick and thorough response.

Take care,

Ady
