Cancelling Pre-order

I don't know which forum to post this in so I posted in both. What do I need to cancel my pre-order for Shock Cardio? My Dh ordered it for my b-day in Sept. because that is when it was suppose to be released but now I have decided I don't want it.

I wrote in to customer service as well to cancel my pre-order, but haven't heard back yet... Hoping to hear from them soon!
