Can you help me tighten up my butt?

First let me say that I have worked out with your tapes since you came out w/Step & Motion. I always wanted to know what happened to the tape "Rock Bottom". I never ordered it but would like to get my hands on a copy. Back to my question. I am forty years old the mother of 3 children, to include a set of twin boys. I teach and I am a certified personal trainer. I am 5, 2" and 112 lbs.My rear is looking good but I would like to make it a little harder. I just don't know if I should throw a strength workout in once a week or body building. I sure don't want to grow my quads. So your suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
One last note; I hope you come out with a new hi/low impact tape.
