Can you create a rotation for me?

I have about an hour per day to commit to working out (I also walk for 20 minutes during my lunch...about 1 mile...three days per week. This is on top of my daily one hour workouts). I have the DVDs listed below, a single disc player, and motivation if someone can help me! My goal is mainly fat loss (about 20-30 pounds), but to build-up muscle as well.

I am not a beginner, but I have taken a few weeks off recently, and am not up to entire workouts yet. I would probably be back to fighting form in about 2 weeks, though.

The entire HardCore series
The "New" series (all the DVDs)
BootCamp
Muscle Endurance
High step training

Would anyone be able to create a rotation for me? I never know where to start and then which DVD to do next, except for a rotation, but no rotations ever use the same DVDs that I own.

I really appreciate anyone who can take the time to make suggestions for me. I need the rotation to keep me motivated!

Thank you!
Jenn

Look through the list of rotations.

Find one that emphasizes fat loss and with, maybe, some muscle endurance. But you've said your emphasize is on fat loss, so focus on that for now.

Look at the rotation "generically" to see how it's constructed. For example, references to step or kickbox workouts = cardio; references to S&H = strength training, etc. You have to learn to think "generically" and break the rotations down into these components.

If you have the Hardcore series plus a few other dvds, you should be set to do just about any rotation out there. Look at the dvds you have, and think about those "generically" and plug them into the rotation you want to use.

Jenn,
I would take Lucinda's suggestion and specifically look for recent rotations by Fitnessfreak366 as she makes up stellar rotations for many different goals and provides a generic breakdown of each of her rotations. Her most recent is right up on the rotation page.

HTH,
Mattea:)
