Can we take classes with you at your gym?

I live in NY and I am not able to go to the roadtrip in the summer this year. I was wondering since I am not that far away...can I take a class from your gym with you? Do you have a schedule with times and prices I can look at? I would LOVE to take one of your step classes in person.

Hi Loralie! Yes, we have many guest visitors drive in and do this. It would be nice to meet you.

I teach on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:30am to 10:30am.

Monday...Bootcamp/cardio kickbox

Wed...all lower body sculpting

Fri...advanced step for 30 min and 30 min all upper body sculpting

Make sure you email customer service the day before you drive up to make sure I am still teaching. Sometimes I have to get subs for my classes.

I work during the week but I will try to work something out where I can take a day off to take one of your Friday step classes.

I was lucky enough to meet you at the free class you gave in Manhattan and I had a great time and you are so nice in person! I hope to see you again soon!
