I was hesitant about trying these. I don't have cardio equipment I don't belong to a gym and I'm not a runner. But I heard such rave reviews I decided to try a couple. I started with Vol 2 and 3.
No surprise to others here but I really got to like them. I use my own exertion levels. For me that's walk, walk fast, slow jog and run. THANKFULLY the run is minimal. I do mine outside. I live in the SF bay area so I'm lucky to have pretty decent weather year round and that helps.
I like that the times vary. Today I did Vol 3 because I only had about 30min and wanted to be outside instead of inside with Cathe. (Besides I did STS biceps inside after doing Vol 3. ) And I get a good calorie burn.
I now have most of them thanks to the sale. But I've only tried through Vol 5. I have to admit I'm a bit scared of the 21min challenge 1 as those 4min intervals wipe me out. In time....
