I was going to start the June rotation with my 6 monther gal pals and was going over it to see what I needed. I do not have MM or ME and when I was reading over their description it seemed to me that they are 2 different styles of workouts. One with more hi rep and the other more heavy. So should I get them both to do the rotation as meant to be?
