put a workout i downloaded on a dvd so i can do it in my exercise room or does it have ot stay on my computer?

Maybe it is a stupid question, but i finaly broke down and bought the sts plyo legs. I thought i would be able to at least burn it once to a dvd. That way i can have it for my exercise room. I have no room in my computer room to do the wo..

I went and bought a dvd=Rdl and i supose it is the wrong dvd or Cathes copyright law or something? I think they should have it to where you can copy it at least once to something. Now i purchased a wo that i wont be able to do.. :( Does anyone know how i can take make it go to my tv somehow?
 
You can't burn a download to a DVD but you can either add the download to your iPod, iPad or iPhone and hook those to your tv or play it directly from the device or you can hook your computer to your tv. If you go to best buy they can help you select the right connections for iPod or computer hookup. I have my iPod hooked up to my tv and it works great! Chris
 
I dont have ipad or ipod or iphone. I have an mp3 player it holds vidos so i thought id try it but nope, it said it was sync to it, so it said but nothing on it.
Then i was thinking how am i gonna get a cord long enough to go from computer to my tv?
Wow this video is going to b more expensive then i thought. And to find the right cord at that ! I dont see how this is gonna work.
 
Do you have wii-fi in your home? You can stream movies from your computer to your TV through Apple TV. My son connected mine, so I don't know the details. I have a wireless router on my computer and the Apple TV hooks up to that.

You need a program to convert the video file (I'm not sure what program) so you can burn to DVD. Just know the quality will be poor.

You should post this question in the digital download forum. I think you'll get help from more tech savvy people in that forum.
 
What is apple tv... Sorry i have no clue.
I downloaded a free program that was supose to burn the video to the dvd bit it,didnt work. So i guess now i have to find a cord to to plug in comp to the tv? So confused.
 
Renee, I think it has to do with what kind of tv you have, if it's new or old style. Do yourself a favor, write down the type of tv you have and call an electronics store for guidance as to the cable type you need.
 
Nope didnt work, cord wont reach soo went to get longer one it was 144 dollars ! Nope not gonna buy that. Before that i downloaded a converter it went thru the motions it was supose to and thenn burn to dvd and it said failed. But i tried to put it in dvd player anyway nothing. I dont know i guess i got a wo ill neverb able to use. I wish they would sale plyo legs as a single dvd.
 
Sorry this isn't working for you. I know nothing about pc's when it comes to this kinda stuff. Write to Cathe and ask; maybe she knows of another way for you to use your workout.
 
Update! My son did it for me! He is so smart on computers and i have to say this and toot a horn cause this is the son of mine whoom they say has mental disabilities... And was told he was graduating with a certificate so he shoukd quit school! Yes true story. I asked princible if he said that and he admitted it.
Anyway my son loves computers he is 24 and having a hard time getting his ged buut he hhas a graduating ceertificate but he wants a diploma so he can get a certificate to work on comluters well my hubbys computer DH deleted everything on tthere byy accident but DS knew how to rebuild it..working great now and he burned me a dvd plyo legs! I am so happyy even best buy tfied to tell me it couldnt be done on my computer! Ha ha i told DS he was the bomb!

This is awesome, Renee! Maybe this happened to you so your son could prove what he's really made of. Congrats to both of you!!
