Hi Cathe--

My sister got me hooked on your DVDs about 6 yrs ago and you've spoiled me for any other workouts. Thanks to you I've lost all my pregnancy weight that 3 gorgeous daughters added, kept it off, and I'm stronger and more fit than I've ever been in my 40 years!

I live in Omaha, NE, home of the tallest building between Chicago and Denver. The First National Tower is 40 floors, (870 steps, 633 feet tall) and every year they have a Trek up the Tower. It is basically a race to run up all the stairs for charity. My sister and my friend (the only Cathletes I know in person) are challenging each other to the top. It is the first time we've done anything like this and we are very interested to see how powerful and endurant you (through your videos) have made us.

Now to my question: Can I use your Cathe logo (I can copy it from the website) on the t-shirts I am making? I'll give you a hint of the design.

I am only making 3 shirts--just using iron-on transfers from the printer. I promise I won't sell them. I just want to give my Creator and my workout motivator credit when I leave those other poor stair-climbers in the dust!! haha

I hope I am not infringing on any copywrites or anything else. If that's not OK, no biggie, I'll just use your name in the same font as the rest. If you could respond before Sat, it would be even greater---that's when we climb. I will even take a picture of us (hopefully with winning medals?!) and send to you.

Thanks a bunch--another grateful Cathlete--Sara

not Cathe...but excited to hear of another Cathlete so close by! I am from Denison, Iowa and have never heard of the Trek up the Tower...sounds like fun! When is it?
Take care and I like your idea for a shirt!

Hi Julie--

Well, we did it--Trek up the Tower--on Saturday. It was HARD! But, we met or exceeded our goals--all 3 of us Cathletes. I did make the tshirts--got several comments/questions about them.

You should try the Trek. The website is www.trekupthetower.org You'll have to wait for next year, tho. I don't think we'll do it again--just good to do and see where we are. It was a much harder cardio challenge than we expected. But, thanks to Cathe's training, none of us had DOMS.

It's nice to know another Cathlete in the area. I like your blog name. I grew up on a farm in South Dakota and still have a bit of the country in me. Thanks for replying to my post---sara

Congratulations to you and your fellow Cathlete's Sara.

Do you have any pictures of the t-shirts? I'd love to see them. If for some reason you can't post them here on the forum, you can always PM me.
