Can anyone tell me how big is the stability ball Cathe uses in Supersets?

What is the circumference? Does it need to weigh a certain amount too? I was doing the Timesaver #2 workout last night that included scenes from her "Supersets" workout. I got a cheapie ball, but the one Cathe and her crew uses is MUCH bigger than mine. I checked the box on the one I got to see how big it is, but it doesn't say. Also when I try to follow her and do the exercises on the ball like she does, my body is so much lower to the ground than when she does the exercise, so I figure my ball is much smaller than hers is, and she and I are just about the same height (I'm 5'3").

I'm not sure the size that they use, but for someone 5'3", a 55 cm ball is usually recommended for workouts (a larger ball, 65 cm, is usually recommended for use as a seat). You can tell if your ball is too small by using a mirror to see the positioning of your legs when you are seated on it. Your hips should not drop below the level of your knees (the knees and hips should be either at about the same level, or hips higher).

One other thing to consider is that your ball might be underinflated. I was really surprised at how "tight" my ball got when fully inflated. Even when you think it's full the ball can usually take more air.
