Can anyone tell me about Muscle Endurance?

I'm considering buying the ME and BC DVD. I have the pyramids and the IMAX and C&W and love them.

There has been a lot written about BC - not much about ME - I have Power hour - is it similar - different?

I agree with Deborah, it is similar, but more fun, and different enough that it is NOT a repeat of PH. There is a mix of lower body/upper body work that really takes the pressure off both for just long enough to give you some recovery time. It really is a great workout and a great one to compliment PH in an endurance rotation.
The ab work is brutal for me! With OR without the 8# med ball! :D

I agree with what's been said so far. I think the biceps and ab work are tougher on ME. The chest and leg work is a bit tougher on PH, I think. The shoulder, triceps and back is about even. They are both fun, effective and time-efficient.
