ME is similar to Power Hour but I find it a little more fun. There are a lot of tall box step ups. Here's a worksheet that someone put together. This will give you a list of the exercises done. The spreadsheet & others like it can be found on www.fitnessvideofanatics.com under "Cathe-ites"
I agree with Deborah, it is similar, but more fun, and different enough that it is NOT a repeat of PH. There is a mix of lower body/upper body work that really takes the pressure off both for just long enough to give you some recovery time. It really is a great workout and a great one to compliment PH in an endurance rotation.
The ab work is brutal for me! With OR without the 8# med ball!
I agree with what's been said so far. I think the biceps and ab work are tougher on ME. The chest and leg work is a bit tougher on PH, I think. The shoulder, triceps and back is about even. They are both fun, effective and time-efficient.
