Cathe, I lift weights 4 days a week to back shoulders bicep & chest tricep & superset & leg glutes as well as Imax2 & step blast. Now, I am currently on a 1400 calorie diet with 20%fat 35% carb 45% protein. My goal is build muscle. I am 30 yrs old, I weight 119 with body fat of 24%. I have been working out for yrs but recently I lost 5lbs but have not yet lost any fat. What should I do? should i increase my calories or not work out as much?

Hi Bear! How long have you been on this current fitness plan? Maybe you need to change it up some. I suggest adding one more cardio per week and also switching over to the slow and heavy series for three weeks. After 3 weeks on slow heavy, keep 3 days of varied cardio and switch to gym style workouts for weight work for the next 4 weeks. Eat clean! Good Luck! Cathe
 
I just started the hardcore this week but i was doing a lot more cardio in the months before. Do you think my calorie intake is to low for building muscle. I eat clean every day.
