For those of you who track your calories, approximately how many calories/day do you consume? I know that every body is very different, and I also know that there have been similar posts, but I'm curious.
So, just for fun, chime in if you want. Things to include might be height, age, body type, maintenance or fat loss, nutrient ratio, and how you track your calories.
I'll start: I'm 5'2.5", 45 years old, somewhat stocky build, working on leaning out my midsection. I'm using MyFitnessPal.com. I started out at 1200 base calories + exercise calories. That wasn't enough and I wasn't making progress. I've been on 1400 base + exercise while doing XT 90-day rotation. I'm finishing Cathe's April rotation and playing around with upping my calories to 1500 or 1600 base. I'm still working on finding the right balance.
