I use an online calorie counter that also calculates calories burned. Has anyone found descrepancies in the number of calories burned on some of the dvds in the workout manager? For example, low impact circuit says you burn about 179 calories for the cardio blast! The counter I use says I burn about 500 cal for 60 minutes of step. I realize that is only an estimate too. But, I have done this workout many times and no way do I believe doing 48.5 minutes of cardio only burns 179 calories. They also say Gym Style Tri/Chest and Back/shoulders/biceps each burn around 300-330! Is it me or does that not seem, correct? Especially when compared to only 179 cal for Low impact step cardio blast. They list STS workouts as burning about 300 also.
