My typical calorie burn on Max Interval Plyo toward the end of the program (when I knew all the exercises, could do them, and didn't need to take any extra breaks) was about 400 calories.  I have one of the high end Polar heart rate monitors.  My heart rate would dip quite a bit during the stretch segments after the warm up and at the end of the workout, and also during the 30-second breaks between intervals (at least in the first half of the workout before fatigue started to set in).  I can't remember exactly how long Max Interval Plyo is but I think it is somewhere between 50-53 minutes?  Anyway, only about 35-40 of that is high intensity work.  (I know, it sure doesn't feel like "only" anything!!!)
