I just signed up for the fitness tracker. How do you know how many calories you burn in each workout (basically, not exact). I workout a lot, am not a fan of wearing a monitor, and would like to find out the average calorie burn for you new LIS workouts.... which by the way I love so far. I've been doing your workouts for about 15 years (since mid 30s) and it was time for me to turn down the impact, so thank you.
