Calling All Long Time Catheites!!! Let's help newbies w/ Cathe selections!

Hi everyone,

Many people new to Cathe and her videos often ask why there hasn't been a ranking of Cathe's videos to help them decide. Let's end that right now!!!!

The Plan
I will categorize and list all the Cathe workouts that fall in that category. Then it's up to the long time Catheites to rank the videos in each category, with the 1 being the easiest in the group with the last being the hardest/nost intense/most challenging in the group. I will use these rankings as points and track each titles average score. After about 2 weeks (give or take the level the interest in this process) I will post a final list and ask SNM if they can sticky it so that it stays at the top of the page (probably in the Videos/DVD section). What do you think?

I will start by listing the workouts in each category alphabetically.

6. How to Get In Shape for Your Wedding (weight portion only)

Upper Body Workouts

Step Cardio (where Step Cardio is the dominate feature in the workout)

Note: Out of Print titles are not being included.

This sounds like a nice idea. I'll get started on it. I noticed Legs & Glutes is not listed. That's my favorite lower body workout. :)

I don't have any videos earlier than PowerMax. I also don't have the two new beginner videos.

This will be fun to see how they rank with everyone else. It is always interesting how one workout could be harder than another to each person!
