I agree. Whoever is up first starts it. Since I am on summer vacation (I work in the schools), it's probably not going to be me who's up first!!!

I need to get better eating habits and into the habit of eating regular meals. I am also addicted to sugar and needed to show myself I could cut it out (at least temporarily).
