Calling All Clean Eaters June 3....

I definitely want to continue next week. My food choices weren't the best this weekend, but I didn't overeat!!!! So, I feel somewhat successful!!

I agree. Whoever is up first starts it. Since I am on summer vacation (I work in the schools), it's probably not going to be me who's up first!!!

What about doing a roll call? Just some info on everybody and I can put it into one post. I'll make sure it's posted every week at the top (assuming we keep this up). We are clean eating warriors!!!

Why are you doing this challenge? What are your goals (i.e. lose weight, better eating habits, break the sugar addiction...)? I need to get better eating habits and into the habit of eating regular meals. I am also addicted to sugar and needed to show myself I could cut it out (at least temporarily).
Favorite Cathe workout: Body Max 2 or Drill Max (right now...they always change)
 
I'm up for a continuation! I've been eating this way for a while now, so although I have some variations I try to eat pretty healthy/ clean.

Today was my rest day & turned out I really need it! Got hit w/ a yucky migraine this afternoon so I took a nap. Didn't wake up feeling much better!

Dinner ~ Protein pancake topped w/ 1 T. NM PB & berries, yogurt

Snack ~ Kashi GoLean & GoLean Crunch w/ skim milk; half a piece of WW toast w/ PB (my dd shared)

Snack ~ SF hot cocoa

Probably around 100 oz water (lost count, not as much as usual for me)

To stay accountable. I'm doing my first round of P90X and want to see as much definition as I can from hard work & eating right! ;-)
