Cale Brett has arrived!!

Hi everyone!!

Cale Brett was delivered via scheduled c-section on Sept. 29. My doctor chose this because Cale had been breech and is my first child(turned out the umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck and part of his upper body and we were lucky he stayed where he was.) He weighed in at 7 lbs and was 19 inches long. We're doing great, and I'm having fun getting to know my little guy.

Congratulations to Jacque and Stacey on their new bundles of joy!!! I'm looking forward to joining the New Moms/Postpartum check-in.

Congratulations to you and your family. I am so happy for you guys and that your little one made it safely into the world. The birth of my son was so scary to me, and I can't imagine if I had tried to deliver at the birthing suite that my dr owns. (She usually doesn't deliver there - but her midwives do) Had we done this, Jake most likely wouldn't have made it, and I may not have either.

I look forward to hearing more about your precious bundle of joy as he grows and we post on fit moms forum. I feel like a million and am so glad to not be pregnant anymore. Jake is doing so well. He is such a great addition to our family and we all love him so much.
