Ha, that is so funny! The one and only time I went to Cabo, I stayed at the Melia. I don't recommend it. Activities were rescheduled or relocated without notice, two of our 5 nights we came back to the room and had no towels, the bathroom had a slick floor and the curtain of the shower never kept the water in (I fell twice), and at the restaurant they never wiped the tables (sitting down to breakfast often meant the table was covered in crumbs or sticky). Plus it's located on the corridor between the Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. It's costly transportation to go anywhere (bus runs only twice a day and at weird times).Whatever you do don't stay at the "Melia". I was in Cabo earlier this year on a business trip and the Americans staying there were fleeing due to horrible rooms and service.

I haven't been here for awhile, so sorry for the delay. But both your links show pictures of the same place and they both describe themselves as being on the "corridor". I'm more confused than ever, but they sure appear to be one and the same. I even checked Travel Advisor and they only show one Melia at Cabo.I'd like to clarify in all fairness....There are TWO Melia's in Cabo

I have had a timeshare here for 10 years & we are treated like royality.
The last stop if you are taking airport shuttle...Its all the way down the main road within walking distance to the "Arc"
Sol Melia
is an all-inclusive which has a golf course on site but is a place (I hear from people who travel Cabo annually) is less than wonderful. This place is closer to airport
