Very tempted to get one for my desk. Did you do research before you chose? They seem to vary wildly in claims and price!

I was trying to save money so I ordered this one first:

I ended up returning it within a week as several of the bulbs weren't working and it didn't seem very strong. After that I decided I needed to do some more research. I didn't want to spend over $100, but the Phillips Go Lite had good reviews and it was a brand name that I trusted so I ordered it. If I decide to upgrade, and after this winter I might I would get this one:

Thanks for the information. I'm tempted to get one for my work office. It has no windows, and I feel like I'm in a cave. Come to work with no sun, work with no sun, go home with no sun, kinda like growing mushrooms. Chin up everybody, Spring is on the way!

I've been tempted to get one of those "light wake up" alarm clocks..... But then again, I always wake up before the alarm because it scares the bejezus out of me. haha!
