I suggest Cardio and Weights as the next stepping stone.
The workouts that you should hold off on for a good few months are all of the Imax workouts (ie: Interval Max, Imax 1, 2 or 3) and any workouts labeled using the words "Extreme or Terminator" in its title.
I thought the same but am following the rotation and wondered which DVD it was referencing.Wow, I've never seen that cover before. The dvd I was referring to is the one with the 2 workouts: Imax2 and Cardio and Weights - it may be from the Intensity series. I also have a Basic Step dvd - it does have a weight workout on it, but the cover is different - I think it's titled Basic Step and Body Fusion. I purchased my copy from Cathe when it was first released. I wonder if the dvd pictured is from the set that included the small club stepper that was released around the same time.

Editing to add that I checked the DVD (duh) and it’s actually Cardio and Weights. The DVD contains Basic Step and Cardio and Weights. The presence of Basic Step had me assuming that it was a beginner WO. Sorry to jump into your thread.
