I love both of these DVDs but I only have 30-45 minutes to execrise during the week. Does anyone have any suggestion on what I can do to shorten the length of these DVDs without missing an important part of the workout.

Not sure which DVDs you mean. C&W: Cardio and Weights is a workout on the same DVD as IMax2. BF: ?Body Fusion, on the same DVD as Basic Step. Are these the ones you mean?

This particular DVD was compiled for sale with the Club Step. I traded away one just like it a few months ago.I eventually got the Cardio & Weights/Imax 2 DVD which was totally worth it because of the premixes that allow me to get a good workout in less than an hour. HTH
 
On cardio & weights, I would use a premix on the DVD (ex: all cardio or all weights/abs) OR hit the skip button to skip sections to shorten things up. I think cardio - only (plus stretch and maybe abs) is about 35 minutes as a premix.
